At B&R Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
•  Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
•  Perfumes and fragrances must have the seal intact.
•  Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
•  Final sale items cannot be returned.
How to Return
1.  Contact our customer service at contact@brbeauty.com.co with your order number.
2.  We will provide you with return instructions.
3.  Ship the item back to us at your expense.
Refunds
•  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
•  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
•  Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are non-refundable.
